Following the pandemic, staying healthy and enjoying life is on everybody’s radar. So, when the opportunity arose to speak to Sam Tejada, a voice and entrepreneur in the health and wellness space, I was looking forward to getting some helpful hints. And he hosts the podcast, A Healthy Point of View, which combined with all the above further accelerates his journey to redefine the category.
Naturally, content of a health-themed nature has a mass appeal audience across all platforms. Post COVID, health authorities continue to entrust the media with essential health information, which is then relayed to the public. And, given the demise of two long-running health-themed daytime talk shows in 2022, The Dr. Oz Show and The Doctors, I thought of Sam Tejada’s mission in health and wellness as a new perspective for the category on camera.
